This work is influenced by my interest in time and impermanence. I’m drawn to that uncertain moment where change occurs, between visibility and invisibility, absence and presence.
Fragile, transparent materials like glassine and organdy are combined with stitching and translucent beads to reflect transitional conditions.
I work incrementally with geometric shapes, bits of printed fabric, and glass beads. The accumulation and dispersion of these components embody an accumulation of moments-a granular passage of time.
