Ellen Agee received her JD from Seattle University in 2006, her MA in French Literature from Portland State University in 1995, and her MFA from Southern Illinois University in 1985. After receiving her JD, she resumed her career as a visual artist. In the past six years, she has completed three projects. The first, in 2009, was Avignon Revisited, her version of the Pope’s bed chamber in Avignon, France. Next came a series of medieval birds in stained glass, completed in 2011. And most recently, she has completed The Law School Brain, a delayed response to her law school experience. Future projects include an homage to Durer, a celebration of beetles, and another look at Avignon.
