Statement

While haunting yard, garage and estate sales, I often come across a peculiar object that captures my interest. This “chosen piece” triggers the memory of some hidden object in a box or on a shelf in my studio. This associative process is key to orchestrating a “finished” assemblage piece. Titles are generally the final step, and are often used to adding one more layer of meaning to the works narrative.
