PDX Contemporary Art: For his third solo show at PDX, Arnold J. Kemp, who is the chair of PNCA's MFA in visual studies program, offers "When Will My Love Be Right." The show features Kemp's photographic series of ghostly masks made from crumpled aluminum, some of which appeared in last year's Portland 2012 Biennial at Disjecta. It also showcases some new sculptural endeavors: two handmade pairs of shoes and a group of comically long belts and galvanized buckles that, coiled, can't help but resemble snakes. (925 N.W.
